Just 4 years ago... Emily was struggling with chronic gut pain, embarrassing skin issues, and disruptive anxiety. She knew her body needed help and worried her condition would progressively get worse if she didn't find a solution soon. She finally found a breakthrough when she tried a clinical Parasite Detox protocol and experienced newfound mental clarity. Her digestion was calm (no bloating, no pain, and she felt satisfied), she was able to focus, and her PTSD symptoms were nearly gone. Worrying, loss of sleep, and her nervous gut became a thing of the past. Emily has now dedicated her career to help busy professionals to safely detox and restore their gut vitality and immune resilience. While working as a clinical massage therapist for 7 years, Emily observed that complete healing comes from lifestyle choices. Now, Emily is equipped to professionally support others in whole body healing with supervised detoxing so they can achieve lasting results. Inochi (いのち / 命) is a Japanese word meaning "life," but it carries deeper connotations than the English "life," often referring to the vital life force, the state of being alive, one's individual existence, or even destiny, encompassing a holistic sense of life, death, and nature. It signifies the preciousness of existence, one's lifeline, or something most important, used in everyday language to discuss life's core essence.
Inochi Healing is founded on the theology of Traditional Japanese & Chinese Medicine. Here we practice holistic health, i.e. organ health is emotional health, gut health is mental health, and energetic health is mitochondrial health.

Herbal Detox
Toxins are accumulating inside our bodies and are passed on to the next generation. It's a huge effort to minimize toxin exposure (never give up), yet we can't control all the toxins that we are exposed to. The key is to master supporting our bodies to eliminate toxins consistently.
We are not "fixing the body"; we are freeing up the body's natural detoxing power to self-heal.
Health Coaching
Taking on a lifestyle change is a discipline and requires your full attention. We provide accountability and keep you focused on your goals with health coaching within all our programs. We are here to support your healing journey and maintain consistency that creates transformation that's uniquely yours.
Breathwork
Somatic release is an inseparable need when improving your overall health. We recognise stuck emotions as a core burden to your overall well-being and stresses your entire body, keeping you in a survival mode. We offer breathwork for complete systemic healing by signalling safety, and the body naturally shifts into a healing mode. All our breathwork sessions are designed to energize the body's masterful detoxing pathways.
